Houston TMD Dentist, Dr. Ronald W. Konig strives to provide exceptional care to residents of the Houston, Texas area. He has chosen to focus his practice primarily on the areas of TMJ and sleep apnea, cosmetic dentistry, and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Konig’s office is located in a state-of-the-art facility, and is committed to using cutting edge technology with all of his procedures to provide you with the best possible care.

Education and Dentistry Training

Houston TMD Dentist Dr. Konig earned his dental degree at Baylor College of Dentistry. Throughout his career, he has maintained a commitment to continuing education. In order to ensure that he stays current on all of the latest developments in cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry, Dr. Konig has undergone post-graduate training at the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dentistry and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), the premier cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry training institution in the nation. He has completed all of the core courses as well as many of the special studies courses at LVI.  Additionally, he continues to study with The International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics (ICCMO).

During his continuing education endeavors, Dr. Konig has earned several Fellowships, including one from the Academy of General Dentistry and one from LVI. He is also certified as a Pure Power Mouthguard dentist.

Due to his extensive experience and training, Dr. Konig is regularly called upon to help teach advanced dentistry techniques to other dentists. He has also been featured in several TV shows and magazines for his expertise in cosmetic dentistry, neuromuscular dentistry, and TMJ treatment.
